SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

NutriTrack Studies offers two separate, optional text message programs. The account notification program sends updates about inquiries you submitted and about new at-home nutrition study opportunities that match the interests you described. The marketing program sends announcements about newly open at-home nutrition study opportunities and general platform updates. You may opt in to either, both, or neither.

NutriTrack Studies is an independent opportunity resource. It is not a research organization, clinic, or healthcare provider.

2. How to Opt In

Consent is collected only through the checkboxes on our forms. Each program has its own checkbox, both are unchecked by default, and neither is ever pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of using the website, submitting an inquiry, receiving any guide, or receiving any coordination service, and it is never a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Account notification messages depend on the opportunities available in your stated area of interest. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, is responsible for any charges associated with sending or receiving text messages.

5. First Message After Opt-In

The first message you receive after opting in identifies NutriTrack Studies, describes what the program delivers, states message frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, confirms that you may reply STOP to cancel, and confirms that NutriTrack Studies is not a research organization or healthcare provider.

6. Opting Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving messages. We maintain a server-side opt-out list, process all opt-out requests right away, and send a single confirmation message. No further messages are sent after that confirmation. To rejoin, submit the opt-in form again.

8. Carriers and Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Mobile information collected for text messaging, including your phone number and consent status, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is never shared with or sold to any research organization, study sponsor, drug development company, or data broker. Information may be shared with messaging service providers solely to deliver the messages you requested.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized user of the phone number you submit.
